Search & Select

We reach out to relevant candidates including those on our market leading database. 

We then screen all the relevant candidates  and match their skills to your requirements.  

Step 3: 
Introduction

New Way will send our shortlisted candidates with additional information about their technical skills, reasons for search, salary expectations, start dates, location and personality traits.

Step 4: 
Interviews and Feedback 

New Way will professionally organise your interview diary, send detailed and personalised feedback from each candidate and manage expectations with regards to timescales,  remuneration and offers from competing business.

Offer and Onboarding  

All our consultants are trained in offer management, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
