Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) Location: West London (W6) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE) Are you an experienced Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career, or an established Unit Manager seeking a new challenge? A fantastic opportunity has become available for a compassionate and motivated Unit Manager to lead a dedicated nursing team within a well-established, high-quality nursing service in West London. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to residents' lives while supporting and developing your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and operational oversight of a nursing unit. Lead, motivate and support nurses and care staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Ensure the safe administration and management of medications. Monitor care delivery, clinical outcomes and resident wellbeing, implementing improvements where required. Complete clinical audits, quality checks and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Promote best practice in safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and risk management. Support staff through supervision, coaching, appraisals and ongoing professional development. Work collaboratively with residents, relatives, GPs, allied healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team. Assist with care planning, assessments and clinical decision-making. Support the Home Management Team in maintaining high CQC standards and driving continuous quality improvement. About You Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC Pin. Previous experience in a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Unit Manager role within elderly nursing care. Strong understanding of CQC standards, clinical governance and person-centred care. Confident leading and developing clinical teams. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Passionate about delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
