Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager ready to lead high-quality, person-centred services that empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours to live fulfilling, independent lives? The Role As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day operation of supported living services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support. Maintain full CQC compliance, driving quality, governance and continuous improvement. Champion the principles of Transforming Care, promoting independence, choice, dignity and inclusion. Lead, coach and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches and least restrictive practice. Build positive relationships with families, professionals, commissioners and external agencies. Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and development of staff. Manage budgets, occupancy and resources effectively. Ensure robust safeguarding practices and effective risk management. Create a positive culture where people are empowered to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. About You You’ll ideally have: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours of concern. A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete if required). A full UK driving licence.
