Registered Supported Living Manager Location: Ellesmere Port Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Lead Lives. Drive Quality. Make a Difference. Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager ready to lead high-quality, person-centred services that empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours to live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re seeking a passionate and values-driven Registered Supported Living Manager to oversee a well-established supported living service, leading a dedicated team and ensuring exceptional care that reflects the principles of Transforming Care and Positive Behaviour Support. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes, developing high-performing teams and creating environments where the people you support can truly thrive. The Role As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day operation of supported living services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support. Maintain full CQC compliance, driving quality, governance and continuous improvement. Champion the principles of Transforming Care, promoting independence, choice, dignity and inclusion. Lead, coach and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches and least restrictive practice. Build positive relationships with families, professionals, commissioners and external agencies. Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and development of staff. Manage budgets, occupancy and resources effectively. Ensure robust safeguarding practices and effective risk management. Create a positive culture where people are empowered to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. About You You’ll ideally have: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours of concern. A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete if required). A full UK driving licence.
