Service Manager – Supported Living Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex Salary: £36,500 – £42,500 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced or aspiring Service Manager to lead a brand-new supported living service, alongside additional local accommodation sites in Eastbourne. You will be supporting adults aged 18–65 with complex needs, including autism, anxiety, depression, and behaviours that may challenge. The focus of the service is to empower individuals to develop independence and move forward in their lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing service, lead a dedicated team, and make a genuine impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support Promote a consistent and structured approach across all services Oversee staff performance, including supervisions and development Maintain a visible and hands-on leadership style Drive positive outcomes for service users About You We are open to candidates from a range of care backgrounds, including supported living, mental health, learning disabilities, or children’s services.
