Registrations Manager – Care Homes - Ad Hoc Location: UK Wide- Remote working Contract: Interim New Way Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registrations Manager to support a care home provider with regulatory registrations across its portfolio. This role would suit someone with strong knowledge of CQC registration processes, excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple applications and deadlines. Key responsibilities: Manage registration applications for new care homes and changes to existing services. Prepare and coordinate application forms, supporting documents and evidence. Liaise with CQC, respond to queries and track applications through to completion. Support Home Managers with their registration applications and interview preparation. Work closely with operations, quality, property and senior leadership teams to ensure registration requirements are addressed. Maintain accurate registration records and provide clear progress updates. Identify potential delays and coordinate the actions needed to keep applications moving. Support registration activity connected with acquisitions and new home openings. About you: Experience managing or supporting CQC registrations within adult social care, ideally care homes. A sound understanding of registration requirements and supporting documentation. Strong organisational skills and confidence managing several projects simultaneously. Excellent written communication and the ability to build effective relationships with regulators and colleagues. A proactive approach to resolving queries and meeting deadlines.
