The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide inspirational leadership to multidisciplinary care and clinical teams. Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Maintain full compliance with all regulatory, safeguarding, and governance requirements. Lead, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing workforce. Monitor quality assurance systems and implement continuous service improvements. Manage budgets effectively and ensure the service remains commercially successful. Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, professionals, and external stakeholders. Drive occupancy, reputation, and service performance through exceptional operational leadership. Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, training, and succession planning. Foster a positive, compassionate culture where both residents and colleagues can thrive. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care. Strong understanding of care regulations, quality standards, and safeguarding. Proven experience leading large teams and managing service performance. Excellent people management, communication, and organisational skills. A compassionate, resident-focused leadership style. Passion for delivering outstanding care and creating positive outcomes.
