We are seeking a driven, compassionate and commercially focused Registered Manager who can inspire teams, champion exceptional standards of care and create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected and safe. Key Responsibilities Provide inspirational leadership, ensuring outstanding standards of person-centred care and resident wellbeing. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation. Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting a positive, compassionate and high-performing culture. Oversee the operational and financial performance of the home, including occupancy, budgets and quality improvement. Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement, ensuring excellent clinical governance, risk management and regulatory outcomes. Requirements Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Care Home Manager or General Manager within a residential or nursing care setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and safeguarding. Demonstrable experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and improving residents' quality of life.
