Registered Manager Kent £38,000 - £40,000 per annum Are you an experienced care leader passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred support? Do you inspire teams to provide compassionate, high-quality care while driving positive outcomes for the people they support? We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a well-established care service in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager looking to make a genuine difference while leading a committed and supportive team. The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the service. You will provide inspirational leadership, ensuring outstanding standards of care, compliance, safeguarding, and staff development. Working closely with senior leadership, you will champion a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement, ensuring every individual receives the highest standard of person-centred support. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the service in line with CQC regulations and best practice guidance. • Ensure safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care is delivered at all times. • Maintain full compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, and legislative requirements. • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing care team. • Conduct regular audits, quality assurance checks, and service improvement initiatives. • Manage staffing levels, rotas, budgets, and service performance effectively. • Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. • Promote a culture of person-centred care, dignity, choice, and independence. • Oversee incident management, risk assessments, and safeguarding investigations where required. • Drive continuous improvement and support the achievement of excellent regulatory outcomes. • Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting standards are maintained. • Act as the Registered Manager with responsibility for the overall success and performance of the service. About You • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care. • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and fundamental standards. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care. • Experience managing service quality, compliance, and performance. • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards). • Full UK driving licence preferred.
