Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Service Location: Huddersfield Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our established Learning Disabilities service in Huddersfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care and support. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining high-quality care standards, and leading a motivated team to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the Learning Disabilities service. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation. Lead, manage, and develop a team of support staff. Promote person-centred support that enables individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively. Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent quality standards. About You To be considered for this role, you must have: At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disabilities service. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
