Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care - Hillingdon, Greater London - £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Join a Well-Established, Award-Winning Domiciliary Care Franchise We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our successful domiciliary care branch in Hillingdon. As part of a highly regarded national franchise, you will be joining a stable, well-supported business with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality care within the local community. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated care professional looking to take ownership of an established service while driving continued growth, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation. Lead, motivate and develop a team of care professionals. Maintain exceptional standards of care and client satisfaction. Manage care delivery, staffing, rotas, recruitment and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals. Drive business development and branch growth opportunities. About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care. Ideally hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards). Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. Proven leadership and people management skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to support branch growth. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care.
