Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Location: Wolverhampton Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum OR £300 per day (Interim Contract) Job Type: Permanent or Interim We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a small residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive and homely environment. The service supports a small number of individuals and is focused on promoting independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care and support. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a dedicated staff team Ensuring the service remains compliant with CQC standards and regulations Managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels Promoting a culture of person-centred support Building positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders Driving continuous improvement and service development Ensuring individuals are supported to achieve positive outcomes and live fulfilling lives Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager within Learning Disabilities and/or Autism services Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards Proven leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Full UK driving licence preferred What's on Offer?
