We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential care service in the Bexhill area. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious manager who is committed to delivering outstanding care, driving service excellence, and creating positive outcomes for individuals with complex needs. This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager or an exceptional Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The Role As Registered Manager, you will provide strong, compassionate leadership and be responsible for the overall management, quality, compliance, and performance of the service. You will champion person-centred care, support the development of your team, and ensure individuals receive the highest standards of support in a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements. Promote a culture of person-centred, outcome-focused care. Develop, motivate, and support a high-performing care team. Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent quality standards. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy effectively. Build positive relationships with families, professionals, commissioners, and external stakeholders. Oversee safeguarding practices and ensure the wellbeing of those supported. Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management processes. Support the service in achieving positive inspection outcomes and maintaining regulatory compliance. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a residential care setting, or a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to progress. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A passion for delivering exceptional care and support. Ability to drive service improvement and achieve positive outcomes.
