Registered Manager - Residential care home Basingstoke £47,000 per annum Are you an experienced care leader ready to take the next step in your management career within a values-led organisation? We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established adult care service in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or existing Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care while leading and developing high-performing teams. This role would suit an ambitious care professional who thrives in a leadership environment and is committed to creating safe, empowering, and positive outcomes for both residents and staff. The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, safeguarding, and team performance are consistently achieved. You will lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
