You will take full operational and strategic responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Provide inspirational leadership to a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a positive and accountable culture. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining and striving for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring person-centred care is embedded throughout. Manage budgets effectively, driving occupancy and financial performance Lead recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing staff teams.
