Children’s Residential Care Home Manager Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Are you a compassionate and experienced leader ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Care Home Manager to lead a nurturing, supportive, and high-quality residential service where every child is empowered to thrive. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate professional who combines strong leadership with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes. The Role: As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will create a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment where children feel valued, heard, and supported.
