We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Care Home Manager to lead a nurturing, supportive, and high-quality residential service where every child is empowered to thrive. The Role: As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will create a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment where children feel valued, heard, and supported.
