Domiciliary Registered Care Manager Location: Stourbridge Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 Are you an experienced care leader ready to shape and grow a high-quality domiciliary service? This is an opportunity to lead with compassion, drive standards, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Care Manager who combines strong operational expertise with a genuinely person-centred approach to care. The Role: You will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and growth of a domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong, values-led leadership to a care team, fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation, maintaining high-quality standards at all times Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and person-centred delivery tailored to individual needs Lead on recruitment, training, and development of care staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce Drive service growth through community engagement, relationship building, and reputation management Monitor performance through audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement strategies Manage budgets effectively, ensuring sustainable and efficient service delivery Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, professionals, and regulatory bodies What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) A compassionate, resilient leader with excellent communication skills Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering outstanding care Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-related progression Supportive senior leadership and ongoing professional development Autonomy to lead and shape your service Structured onboarding and continuous training opportunities Generous annual leave entitlement Opportunity to make a lasting impact within your local community Recognition for quality, innovation, and leadership This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to lead with purpose and influence real change in people’s lives.
