Registered Manager Location: Maidenhead Salary: up to £50,000 per annum Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity to lead a well-established residential care service where quality, compassion, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything you do? We are recruiting on behalf of a respected residential care provider seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a warm, welcoming care home supporting older adults. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the home consistently delivers safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining full regulatory compliance. You will inspire and support your team, promote a positive culture, and ensure every resident enjoys the highest possible quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and best practice standards. Drive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Lead, motivate, develop, and retain a compassionate and committed care team. Manage recruitment, staffing, supervision, appraisals, and ongoing professional development. Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Monitor quality assurance, audits, risk management, and continuous service improvement. Effectively manage budgets, occupancy, and resources to ensure a sustainable, high-performing service. Promote a positive, inclusive culture where residents and colleagues feel valued, respected, and supported. Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are upheld at all times. About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an elderly residential care setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop successful teams. Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards if required).
