Registered Manager Location: Newcastle- Upon- Tyne – Dementia Care Service – 40 Beds Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year New Way Recruitment are excited to be working with an established and well-respected care provider to recruit a passionate and driven Registered Manager. The Service: A welcoming, purpose-built care home providing compassionate, resident-focused care for individuals living with dementia. 40-bed service with occupancy currently at 30 and growing steadily. Supported by a stable, hands-on head office team and an external consultancy to assist with audits, policies, and compliance. Uses Nourish digital care planning system – experience with this system is preferred. There is also exciting scope for development, with plans to innovate and utilise an additional building on-site for future growth. The home has faced challenges over the past two years but is now thriving, ready for a dynamic leader to continue driving standards forward. Offers strong backing and resources to empower you to achieve success in your role. The Role: Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery. Driving occupancy while maintaining excellent compliance and care standards. Leading, inspiring, and developing a passionate care team to deliver high standards of resident-focused care. Working closely with senior management and consultancy support to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement. Preparing the home for an imminent CQC inspection and leading it to success. Package: Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year. Future bonus scheme to reward strong performance. Full backing and professional support from head office and external consultants. Genuine career progression opportunities and the chance to shape and grow the service. Requirements: Previous management experience within elderly care, ideally dementia services. Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience using Nourish digital care planning system desirable but not essential.
