Location: Cardonald, Glasgow G52 Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required for evenings/weekends when needed) New Way Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established and well-respected care provider in their search for a dynamic and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a stable and supportive 30-bed care home with good occupancy and a fully staffed team. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing resident-focused care, driving high standards, and fostering a welcoming, safe environment where both residents and staff feel valued and appreciated. The Role: As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, including: Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional person-centred care. Overseeing compliance and ensuring the home maintains and exceeds regulatory requirements. Maintaining occupancy levels while building trusted relationships with residents, families, and the local community. Driving continuous improvement through innovation and effective leadership. Managing budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient operations. About You: Previous management experience in elderly residential or dementia care. Nurse qualification preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in care home management. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to empower and motivate teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
