Role: Regional Manager – Elderly Care Services Salary: £65,000 + Company Car + Paid Expenses Locations: Derbyshire / Midlands Region About the Role: As Regional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a portfolio of 7–9 care homes. You will work closely with Home Managers to ensure services consistently achieve high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing strong oversight, governance, and performance management across all allocated homes Coaching, developing, and line managing Home Managers to deliver excellence Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and supporting homes through inspections Monitoring financial performance and contributing to budget planning Driving quality improvement plans and supporting culture development Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders Travelling across the region and undertaking occasional overnight stays (fully paid for by the company) You will ideally have: Experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar multi-site leadership role within care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality processes Proven ability to lead, inspire, and improve teams and services Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role (company car provided) What’s On Offer: £65,000 annual salary Company car All travel and accommodation expenses paid Opportunity to shape and elevate care standards across a respected group of homes Supportive senior leadership and a values-driven organisational culture About New Way Recruitment – Heart-Led Hiring in Care: At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
