Regional Clinical Manager – Elderly Care Services Lewisham | £70,000 - £75,000 DOE An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate clinical leader to join a growing elderly care provider as Regional Clinical Manager, supporting multiple services across the region. This role is ideally suited to a senior nurse leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding resident-centred care, driving clinical excellence, and supporting high-performing care teams. The Role As Regional Clinical Manager, you will provide strategic and operational clinical leadership across a portfolio of elderly care services, ensuring the highest standards of care quality, governance, compliance, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved. You will work closely with Home Managers and senior leadership teams to support service improvement, mentor clinical staff, and maintain excellence across all areas of care delivery. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical oversight and leadership across multiple care services • Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards, governance, and compliance • Support services in achieving and maintaining positive regulatory outcomes • Conduct clinical audits, reviews, and action planning to improve performance • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing and management teams • Lead on safeguarding, medication management, infection control, and risk management • Support occupancy growth through maintaining exceptional standards of care • Investigate incidents, oversee clinical trends, and implement preventative strategies • Promote a compassionate, resident-focused culture throughout all services • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver sustainable service improvement Requirements • Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN • Proven experience within a Regional Clinical, Peripatetic, or Senior Clinical leadership role • Strong understanding of elderly care regulations and clinical governance • Experience supporting multiple care homes/services • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care • Full UK driving licence preferred Benefits • Competitive salary package up to £75,000 DOE • Annual performance-related bonus opportunities • Supportive and forward-thinking senior leadership team • Ongoing professional development and career progression • Company pension scheme • Generous annual leave entitlement • Mileage allowance/business travel support • Employee wellbeing initiatives • Opportunity to make a genuine impact across multiple services If you are a dedicated clinical leader looking for a rewarding regional opportunity within elderly care, we would love to hear from you.
