Regional Clinical Manager – Elderly Care Services Lewisham | £70,000 - £75,000 DOE An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate clinical leader to join a growing elderly care provider as Regional Clinical Manager, supporting multiple services across the region. This role is ideally suited to a senior nurse leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding resident-centred care, driving clinical excellence, and supporting high-performing care teams. The Role As Regional Clinical Manager, you will provide strategic and operational clinical leadership across a portfolio of elderly care services, ensuring the highest standards of care quality, governance, compliance, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved. You will work closely with Home Managers and senior leadership teams to support service improvement, mentor clinical staff, and maintain excellence across all areas of care delivery.
