Shape a Premium Care Offering. Are you a strategic, commercially astute leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee a prestigious portfolio of high-end private nursing and residential care homes across Surrey and London. About the Group This is far from a traditional care provider. This privately owned group is recognised for delivering luxury, person-centred care within beautifully designed, purpose-built environments. With a strong reputation for five-star hospitality, clinical excellence, and outstanding resident experience, their homes are places where people genuinely thrive. The Role As Operations Director, you will play a key role in shaping both the strategic direction and operational performance of the group. You will: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Home Managers Drive excellence across care quality, compliance, and governance Champion operational efficiency and commercial performance Work closely with the CEO and Board to deliver growth and development plans Embed a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement Ensure each home delivers a consistently exceptional resident experience What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a multi-site operational leadership role within elderly care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and governance frameworks Demonstrable success in improving performance, quality, and profitability A confident, visible leader with the ability to inspire and develop senior teams Commercial awareness alongside a genuine passion for high-end service delivery A focus on both clinical quality and luxury resident experience Why Apply?
