This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional with strong Ofsted and regulatory experience to provide expert guidance, support and compliance advice across care homes nationwide. The Role As an Ofsted Care Homes Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting care homes to maintain high standards of care, compliance and regulatory practice. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice on Ofsted regulations, compliance and inspection readiness Conducting compliance audits, reviews and mock inspections Identifying areas for improvement and developing practical action plans Supporting care homes before, during and after Ofsted inspections Reviewing policies, procedures, records and care documentation Advising managers and senior teams on regulatory requirements Supporting improvements in safeguarding, quality and governance Monitoring compliance and identifying potential areas of risk Keeping up to date with changes to Ofsted guidance, legislation and best practice Working collaboratively with care home management teams to drive continuous improvement Travelling to care homes across the UK as required About You We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable care professional who understands the demands of Ofsted-regulated services and can provide practical, expert advice.
