Position Title: Care Manager (Supported Living) Location: Hertfordshire (Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Wormley) Salary: up to £50,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Overview: An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to lead multiple supported living services, driving quality, compliance, and person-centred care. This role is ideal for a senior leader who is passionate about empowering individuals, developing high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding outcomes within a values-led environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership across four supported living services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery Act as deputy to senior leadership, maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Lead, coach, and develop staff teams through robust supervision, induction, and ongoing performance management Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, and workforce development to meet service user needs Drive quality assurance through audits, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure person-centred care planning, risk assessments, and positive behaviour support strategies are consistently implemented Promote independence, dignity, and community integration for all individuals supported Manage safeguarding processes, incident reporting, and regulatory requirements with professionalism and integrity Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals to achieve best outcomes Oversee medication management, health & safety compliance, and service environments Champion reflective practice, innovation, and excellence across all services What We’re Looking For: Experienced Care Manager or Deputy with strong leadership across supported living or similar settings In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and embed high standards of care Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and complex needs Confident in managing multiple services and operational demands Compassionate, resilient, and values-driven leadership style Benefits: Competitive salary with clear progression pathways Supportive senior leadership and structured development opportunities Ongoing training and professional development investment Autonomy to shape and enhance service delivery Meaningful role with real impact on people’s lives Inclusive, values-led culture focused on quality and care Participation in strategic decision-making and service growth Our Promise: At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
