Managing Director Location: Upminster Salary: Up to £150,000 An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a visionary and values-driven Managing Director to lead a high-quality care organisation through its next phase of growth and transformation. This role requires a strategic leader who is equally passionate about delivering outstanding care as they are about driving commercial success and operational excellence. This position will suit an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in multi-site care environments, who can inspire teams, strengthen governance, and build a culture centred on quality, compassion, and accountability.
