Interim Clinical Manager – Nursing Home Location: Essex Rate: £300–£350 per day Start Date: Immediate Start Available Contract: Interim We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Clinical Manager to join a large, well-established nursing home in Essex on an immediate basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to support the home in maintaining high standards of care, clinical governance, compliance, and team performance during a key operational period. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical leadership across the home. Support and develop the nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards. Oversee clinical audits, care planning, medication management, and risk assessments. Work closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent clinical outcomes. Support occupancy, reputation, and operational performance where required. Requirements You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN to apply. Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Deputy Manager, or Home Manager within a nursing home setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance. Proven leadership and team management experience. Available to start immediately or at short notice. What's on Offer?
