What We’re Looking For Substantial experience as a Registered Manager or Senior Leader within care homes. Strong track record in turnaround and crisis management roles. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance. Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. The resilience, compassion, and determination to deliver lasting impact.
