Head of Sales and Marketing Location: Field based with travel across a portfolio of care homes in the Southeast / East of England Region Salary: 70k-75k pa We are working on behalf of a well-established regional care provider to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager for a confidential opportunity. This role will play a key part in driving occupancy, strengthening brand presence, and supporting the commercial performance of a portfolio of elderly care homes across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with home managers and senior leadership to implement effective sales and marketing strategies that increase enquiries, conversions, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy across multiple care homes Manage and convert enquiries into admissions, ensuring a high-quality customer journey Build strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community partners Support care home teams with local marketing initiatives and events Monitor occupancy trends, pipeline activity, and marketing performance Maintain strong brand presence across digital, community, and referral channels Provide guidance and support to home managers on sales processes and enquiry management Requirements: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within healthcare, care homes, or hospitality Strong track record of driving occupancy or revenue growth Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work independently in a regional, field-based role Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing care provider and play a pivotal role in supporting the success of homes across the region.
