Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Design and execute a robust business development strategy focused on transforming support models to promote independence and person-centred outcomes. Service Innovation: Identify and develop new service opportunities, transition frameworks, and modern support environments that align with evidence-based best practices. Tender & Bid Management: Lead high-value bid and tender processes, ensuring our compassionate ethos and commitment to quality are clearly articulated. Market Intelligence: Deconstruct market trends and commissioning gaps to position the organisation at the forefront of modern care delivery.
