The Role As Finance Director, you will act as the financial backbone of the business, working closely with the CEO and Board to drive performance, improve visibility, and support strategic decision-making. This is not a traditional reporting role — you will play a central role in commercial strategy, operational improvement, and investment decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Leading overall financial strategy and performance Implementing robust, transparent monthly reporting and KPIs Driving financial control, cash flow management, and risk mitigation Partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve margins and pricing discipline Supporting investment decisions, including acquisitions and asset-backed opportunities Building and leading a high-performing finance function Managing banking relationships, funding strategy, and financial governance The Candidate We are seeking a commercially astute finance leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
