Domiciliary Registered Manager Location: Surrey Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum About The Role Are you a compassionate, driven care leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We are representing a highly respected, person-centred domiciliary care provider in Surrey. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to empower their team, uphold the highest standards of dignity, and enrich the lives of those they support within the local community. Key Responsibilities Oversee the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of daily domiciliary care services. Ensure strict compliance with CQC regulations, consistently striving for outstanding care outcomes. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of care professionals to reach their full potential. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous review of highly personalised care plans. Cultivate trusting, communicative relationships with clients, their families, and local health authorities. Manage branch operations, including recruitment, staff retention, and safe safeguarding protocols. Requirements NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/working towards). Proven, successful management experience within a domiciliary care setting. Comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance. A deeply empathetic, supportive approach to both leadership and client care.
