This is a senior leadership opportunity for a clinically driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care across high-end residential settings. The Role As Director of Nursing, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of luxury care homes. You’ll work closely with Home Managers to elevate care standards, ensure best practice, and maintain outstanding CQC ratings. Key Responsibilities Lead on clinical governance, compliance, and quality frameworks across multiple sites Drive continuous improvement and embed a culture of excellence in care delivery Support and mentor Home Managers and clinical teams Oversee audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements (CQC) Implement policies and ensure adherence to best practice and legislation Act as a key stakeholder in safeguarding, risk management, and clinical strategy About You Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role within elderly care Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Track record of achieving and maintaining high-quality ratings Commercial awareness with the ability to balance compliance and operational performance Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills What’s on Offer Salary up to £90,000 Performance-related bonus Mileage/travel expenses Private healthcare Opportunity to work with a premium, growing care provider This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that truly values quality, innovation, and resident experience.
