Deputy Manager Location: St Leonards-on-Sea | Salary: £35,000 per annum Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next opportunity to make a genuine difference? New Way Recruitment is supporting a well-established care provider to appoint a compassionate, driven and experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a high-quality adult care service. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident care professional who enjoys developing teams, maintaining high standards and ensuring the people receiving support are at the heart of everything they do. The Role Support the Registered Manager with the effective day-to-day running of the service. Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Maintain high standards of person-centred care and safeguarding. Support with CQC compliance, audits, quality assurance and governance. Monitor care plans, risk assessments and service documentation. Support recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing staff development. Manage incidents, concerns and complaints appropriately. Promote a positive, inclusive culture focused on the wellbeing and dignity of those supported. Step up and provide leadership in the Registered Manager's absence. About You Proven experience working at Deputy Manager level within adult social care. Strong understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements. Confident with compliance, audits and governance. A natural leader who can inspire and develop teams. Organised, resilient and confident making decisions. Passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
