The Role Support the Registered Manager with the effective day-to-day running of the service. Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Maintain high standards of person-centred care and safeguarding. Support with CQC compliance, audits, quality assurance and governance. Monitor care plans, risk assessments and service documentation. Support recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing staff development. Manage incidents, concerns and complaints appropriately. Promote a positive, inclusive culture focused on the wellbeing and dignity of those supported. Step up and provide leadership in the Registered Manager's absence. About You Proven experience working at Deputy Manager level within adult social care. Strong understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements. Confident with compliance, audits and governance. A natural leader who can inspire and develop teams. Organised, resilient and confident making decisions. Passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
