Deputy Manager – Care Home Nayland, Suffolk Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Are you an experienced senior care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our well-established, medium-sized residential care home in the beautiful village of Nayland. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the day-to-day management of the home. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for residents and leading a committed care team. Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager in the overall running of the service. Lead, motivate and develop the care team to deliver exceptional standards of care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. Promote a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing, dignity and independence. Assist with staff recruitment, training, supervision and performance management. Support occupancy growth and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals. Participate in the on-call rota as required. About You Previous experience in a senior leadership role within a care home setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in elderly care. Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care as a minimum (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards). Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. What We Offer Competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
