Deputy Manager – Elderly Care Location: Bishop’s Stortford Salary: Up to £55,000 Support the Lead. Drive Standards. Make a Difference Every Day. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the running of a well-established, medium-sized elderly care home in Bishop’s Stortford. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is ready to play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting a dedicated team, and ensuring the home runs smoothly day-to-day. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager, helping to shape the culture and maintain excellent standards throughout the service.
