Position Title: Deputy Manager (Dual-Site) Location: Bognor Regis Salary: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour | 40 hours per week Overview: An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of two neighbouring care services. This dual-site role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference by ensuring continuity, quality, and compassionate care across both settings. Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day management of two adjacent care services Lead and inspire care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance management Support care planning, reviews, and quality assurance processes Help manage rotas, staffing levels, and operational needs Act as a role model, promoting dignity, respect, and compassion Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals Contribute to audits, inspections, and continuous improvement Provide cross-cover across both services to maintain leadership presence About You: Experience in a senior care role (Senior Carer / Team Leader / Deputy level) Strong knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements Confident supporting teams and managing day-to-day operations Organised, proactive, and committed to high standards Compassionate approach with strong communication skills Flexible to work 5 days over 7, including early, mid, and late shifts, with weekends on a rota basis Why Apply: Unique opportunity to work across two services and broaden experience Supportive leadership environment focused on quality care Clear progression opportunities within a growing setting A role where your leadership directly impacts residents’ wellbeing Our Promise: At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
