We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate and driven Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a well-established and growing home care service in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to further develop their leadership skills within a quality-focused organisation that genuinely values both its service users and its team. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care whilst supporting the continued growth, compliance and operational success of the service.
