Deputy Care Home Manager Garforth | £30,000 – £35,000 We are seeking a values-driven Deputy Care Home Manager to support the leadership of a warm, person-centred residential service. This role is ideal for an experienced care leader who combines operational confidence with genuine compassion and who is ready to influence quality, culture, and outcomes at senior level. The Role Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help shape a safe, compliant, and nurturing environment where residents are truly known, respected, and empowered. You will lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
