Clinical Lead Location: Bursledon, Southampton | Salary: £47,840 per annum (£23.00 p/h) | Hours: 40 per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) About The Role We are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded care provider in Southampton to source a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead for a substantial, excellently resourced home. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly structured leadership team, working alongside three dedicated Deputy Managers and reporting directly to an experienced Clinical Home Manager. Overseeing a committed team of nurses, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement, ensuring every resident receives the dignity and respect they deserve. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Direct, inspire, and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding, individualised care, reporting directly to the Clinical Home Manager. Collaborative Management: Work seamlessly with the broader senior team, including three Deputy Managers, to drive the strategic vision and daily operational success of a large-scale setting. Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous clinical audits, comprehensive care planning, and risk assessments to ensure full CQC compliance. Staff Mentorship: Champion professional development through the dedicated mentoring and daily clinical supervision of nursing staff. Resident Advocacy: Serve as a trusted, empathetic point of contact for residents and their loved ones, ensuring their holistic needs are consistently met.
