Care Manager West Sussex | £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Are you an experienced care leader passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care? We are seeking a compassionate and commercially aware Care Manager to lead and develop a high-quality domiciliary care service across West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior professional who thrives on building strong teams, maintaining outstanding standards, and making a genuine difference to people’s lives. This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager, Care Manager, Branch Manager or Senior Operations professional looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence in care.
