Care Inspectorate Registrations Support Location: Scotland Salary: Project Dependant Contract Type: Flexible / Project-Based Opportunities Are you an experienced care sector professional with a strong understanding of Care Inspectorate registration processes across Scotland? We are seeking highly knowledgeable and solutions-focused professionals to support care services through registration, improvement, and compliance projects within a fast-paced and values-led environment. This opportunity is ideal for senior leaders, consultants, and operational specialists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and driving successful service development across the social care sector. The Role You will work closely with care providers and operational teams to support the successful registration, development, and mobilisation of care services across Scotland. This position requires strong regulatory knowledge, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to confidently guide services through complex compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Support care services through Care Inspectorate registration applications and processes Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, governance, policies, and operational readiness Assist with service mobilisation, improvement planning, and quality assurance activity Review and develop documentation in line with Scottish regulatory standards Support managers and leadership teams with inspections, action plans, and compliance outcomes Conduct audits and identify areas for operational and regulatory improvement Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care delivery Provide practical and compassionate support to services during periods of growth and change Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout each assignment About You Extensive experience within the adult or social care sector at senior management level Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations and registration processes in Scotland Proven experience supporting compliance, quality assurance, or service improvement projects Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and professional relationships quickly Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects effectively Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care and improving outcomes for people who use services What’s On Offer Flexible, project-based opportunities across Scotland Competitive rates dependent on project scope and experience The opportunity to work alongside experienced and values-driven care professionals Meaningful work that directly supports service quality and positive care outcomes Confidential and supportive recruitment process Our Promise: At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
