Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance requirements. Drive occupancy, financial performance and the overall commercial success of the home. Recruit, mentor and develop a motivated, compassionate and high-performing care team. Oversee operational performance, budgets, staffing and continuous service improvement. Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care home. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act. Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, compliance and operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification. A compassionate, proactive and commercially focused leadership approach.
