Care Home Manager Location: Leeds Salary: £60,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized care home in Leeds. This role would suit a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving strong operational performance and team engagement. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance, maintaining excellent standards of care, and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
