Care Home Manager Location: Bournemouth Salary: £70,000 An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead a well-established, high-quality care service in Bournemouth. This role is ideally suited to a senior leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while driving operational excellence and team development. You will be entrusted with the full oversight of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing. This is a role for a values-driven leader who leads with empathy, integrity, and a clear vision for quality care.
