Care Home Manager (Learning Disabilities) Location: Buckhurst Hill, London Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Lead with Purpose. Shape a Home. Change Lives. An exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to take the lead of a small, nurturing residential service supporting individuals with learning disabilities. This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to influence culture, elevate standards, and create a truly person-centred environment where both residents and staff can thrive. The Role You will hold full operational responsibility for the home, driving quality, compliance, and compassionate leadership. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will build a strong team culture while ensuring exceptional care outcomes for residents.
