Care Co-ordinator Location: Nottingham Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care services, supporting both clients and care staff while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and care. What You'll Be Doing Co-ordinating care visits to ensure safe, efficient and responsive service delivery. Producing and managing staff rotas whilst responding effectively to changing care requirements. Supporting the recruitment, induction and ongoing development of care staff. Liaising with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure exceptional standards of care. Completing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and service documentation. Monitoring care quality through spot checks, audits and regular reviews. Supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining CQC compliance and regulatory standards. Responding professionally to enquiries, incidents and out-of-hours issues where required. Building positive relationships with clients to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing. Ensuring care is always delivered with compassion, respect and person-centred values. What We're Looking For Previous experience within a Care Co-ordinator, Senior Care, Team Leader or similar role within domiciliary care. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships. A sound understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care. Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt in a busy environment. Confident using digital care management systems and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
