Care Co-ordinator – KT12 – £34,000 Are you an experienced care professional ready to step into a pivotal leadership role where quality, compassion, and operational excellence truly matter? The Role As Care Co-ordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality care services. You will bridge the gap between care delivery and management, driving standards, supporting staff, and ensuring every individual receives safe, responsive, and compassionate care.
